Study sessions

I always had a bad studying time since my childhood. I just couldn’t get my attention together. Like many other people, I didn’t like the idea of sitting and just studying something.

Some people seemed always good at that. Just getting their attention together and focusing on. For a while now, I am trying to improve my study sessions better and longer. Basically, I am trying to improve.

By trying to improve in this area I have become more aware of what I do in my work sessions. You’ll want to keep reading now. I noticed that after I work on something for a period my attention really fades away.

What helped me was not to force all of my energy to bring my focus back. I simply just take a short break let myself relax. Just getting away from the desk and walking around helps me with getting back to that long work session. Next time when you’ll have a work session you might want to set a realistic period of time and breaks. I believe this will help you more rather than forcing yourself more to work longer and lose motivation.

Another thing I do is to put on some relaxing music to match my mood. If you are working on an idea and need to be productive you may want to hear some good low-volume music in the background. That can help too. I have been trying this method and I can tell it works.

Of course, our channel comes at this point. I believe this channel is a good source to help your work sessions. I really like the music they’ve been uploading so far. I believe there is a common belief such as that music is bad for studying and people say it is a distraction and etc. In some cases that might be true but if the music is right it can be beneficial. I think this channel gets that point well from what I see.

The channel’s main focus is to produce music to enhance productivity. As they state: ‘’On this channel, we have a wide variety of playlists suited for all kinds of everyday tasks, such as work, studies, programming, sports, and more. We want to popularize music that will have a beneficial effect on productivity.’’

What type of music they are talking about?

Music Lab has Future, Downtempo, Chillstep, and Garage Music on their channel. About the content, one upload is generally over one hour long. Meaning you don’t have to search through the videos tab while you want to be focusing on your work. Pick your playlist and you are good to go with your session.

I keep YouTube generally in the background because sometimes the visuals can be distracting. However, Music Lab has well-animated visuals and beautiful views in their videos, so if I get stuck writing a paper, I’ll pop the video up to spark some ideas by looking at them.

Check out Music Lab’s uploads and their collections of music to boost your productivity. They helped me get through hard work with their content. I hope it will also be helpful to you.

I hope you liked this week’s channel. If you want to discover more YouTube channels like Music Lab, feel free to follow me. Also, feel free to give my other channel recommendations.
